Citrus Flavoured Coconut Water

If you don't want to add sugar to this recipe as we've done, you can add honey instead or any other alternative you like.  


Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut water

  • ¼ cup lemon juice – freshly squeezed

  • ½ cup orange juice – freshly squeezed

  • 2 tbsp. lime juice – freshly squeezed

  • 2 tsp. sugar

  • 1 cup ice

  • Slices of oranges and lime or lemon

Method

  1. Place all ingredients except sliced fruit into a blender and blend until all incorporated.

  2. Serve with slices of citrus.
