Mango & Passionfruit Smoothie

This Mango Passionfruit Smoothie Recipe makes a refreshing and nutritious drink or snack which is simple and inexpensive to prepare.


Mangoes are delicious, high in fibre, low in calories and are rich in vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. Passionfruit is also a good source of fiber is known to lower blood pressure.

Enjoy one with your family, friends or as a special treat after a workout.


Ingredients

  • 1 Cup low fat milk

  • 1 small tub (80g) low fat vanilla yoghurt (or natural yoghurt)

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1/2 ripe mango, sliced

  • 1 passion fruit, pulp removed

  • 6 ice cubes

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
